She is a co-author of the monograph "Economic Security of the Russian Far East in the Conditions of the Functioning of Advanced Development Systems." Annually participates in national and international scientific and practical conferences. In 2018 and 2019.took part in the International Multidisciplinary Conference on Industrial Engineering and Modern Technologies "Far East Con." Section "Economy and Production" (Vladivostok). In the 3rd International Scientific and Practical Conference "Digital Economy and Finance" (St. Petersburg). In 2018, she was awarded a diploma of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (Moscow) for the high level of preparation of scientific work, creative attitude and pedagogical excellence. In 2013-2014, 2019-2020 Yakimova Vilena managed a grant for a research project of Amur State University.
