Researcher, Laboratory of Regional Socio-Economic Research, Amur State University; she actively participates in the organization of scientific events at the Departments of Economics; she is the AmSU scientific grants executor and grant of Russian Foundation for Basic Research; awarded diplomas of the winner of international scientific events; winner of the contest "Young Scientist of AmSU"; she provides scientific guidance to students (Conferences participation, Olympiads).
Since 2019, Olga Kolesnikova has been the curator of the first year students of the major 38.03.01 "Economics", in 2020 she took the second place in the competition "The best curator of the academic group of the first course".
