October 11th, the university’s department of International Affairs arranged a general meeting for all the students who came to study at the Amur State University from abroad. Students from different faculties gathered together to learn more about the university and its facilities.
In total, 86 students were invited to the event. These were the students of the preparatory department, bachelor's and master's degrees, postgraduate studies, as well as those who receive secondary vocational education at the AmSU. They study at most of the faculties of the university. Chinese, Vietnamize, Tajik, Azerbajani, Kyrgyz, Uzbek, Kazakh, Ukranian, Zambian, Syrian, Afghan, and Gabonese citizens get education at the Amur State University.
At the meeting, foreign students were given information that would make their stay in Russia and the AmSU more comfortable. The students learned about the migration subtleties, employment opportunities, living in dormitories, creative teams of the university and much more.
