Scientists from four countries discussed online the problems of linguistics and media communications

An international scientific conference "Problems of linguistics and media communications" has ended at Amur State University. The organizers were the Department of Russian language, communication and journalism of the AmSU and the institute of foreign languages ​​of Heihe university.

The work was carried out within the framework of five sections: "Media communications at the junction of epochs", "Language as an object of intercultural communication", "Multiculturalism as a factor in the formation of language space", "Science of the young: media environment and intercultural communication", "First steps in philology, advertising and journalism".

Lecturers and representatives of universities from four countries made presentations: Russia, China, Japan and Kyrgyzstan. In total, more than 50 reports were presented at the conference.

The round table "Innovation and tradition in the methodology of teaching russian language as a foreign: challenges of the era" was held on the second day of the conference. Teachers from Russia and China shared their experience of teaching languages in a distance format.
